About the Team

The Web Team's mission is to build a compelling 'front door' to Miro's brand and product, that tells our story in a dynamic and interactive way that educates, inspires, and takes our customers on a journey with Miro. We operate in Miro's AMPED model (an embedded approach with Analytics, Marketing, Product, Engineering & Design work together to solve customer problems and elevate our web experience and performance). The Web Team sits within the Product Marketing organization at Miro, putting it at the centre of the story we want to tell to our customers via the web. The team consists of dedicated Product Management, Design and Engineering for the Web and works closely with a variety of marketers who leverage the web for their campaigns and launches.

About the Role

As Head of Web, you will be responsible for our overall web strategy and presence, building a worldclass website that that tells our story in a powerful way, delivers against the metrics that matter, and educates our customers effectively. You'll set the vision, direction, and lead a cross-functional and embedded team of engineers, designers, marketers, analysts and other partners to build and deliver a roadmap that support business goals.

What you’ll do

  • Set the vision, direction, metrics and plan for Web at Miro, from performance to experience, inclusive of Miro.com and all web properties to ensure a unified experience
  • Lead and motivate a cross-functional, embedded team of web product management, engineers, designers, marketers, analysts and other partners to execute against the web roadmap
  • Build, lead and communicate the web roadmap, ensuring all relevant requirements are captured and delivered through strong execution and alignment across key business partners and leadership
  • Drive the transformation of the web to serve the needs of enterprise buyers and decision makers and their journeys, while ensuring a balanced approach to product growth metrics and priorities
  • Foster a culture and practice of experimentation and iterative delivery to drive to outstanding outcomes for the web fast

What you’ll need

  • 8 + years experience as a product management leader with a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through a strategic vision to execution against KPIs 
  • Ideally with experience building enterprise SaaS websites with a business model that is both product-lead and sales-lead
  • You are a t-shaped leader - the ability to go deep and hands-on as a domain expert, while leading initiatives effectively through general management, collaboration, and cross-disciplinary understanding 
  • Customer centric- you build with the customer, their experience, and their journey with Miro at the forefront of your decisions 
  • Fluency with data - you deeply understand how a spectrum of web metrics influence business KPIs and can derive customer insights and signals from data fluently
  • Team motivator - you create an environment of trust, transparency and resilience that gets the best out of teams and leads them through complexity and transformation towards a vision and plan
  • Technically savvy and organised - you are adept at translating customer and business requirements for the web into creative, technical solutions that deliver impact on time
