About The Job

You’ll lead the visual direction of one of the world’s most iconic brands across Europe. You will bring Levi’s® in-store experience to life through powerful storytelling, innovative product presentation, and best-in-class execution. As our Head of Visual Merchandising, Europe, you’ll shape the future of visual merchandising across all channels; Owned & Operated, Franchise, and Wholesale by driving strategy, building capabilities, and ensuring visual excellence at every consumer touchpoint.

This is a strategic and highly visible leadership role where you’ll collaborate closely with Global, Regional, and Local teams to deliver consistent, elevated, and commercially impactful visual merchandising that reinforces Levi’s® position as a market leader.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Strategic Leadership

  • Define and lead the long-term visual merchandising strategy across Europe, aligned with global brand objectives and tailored to local markets.

  • Represent VM at senior leadership forums and cross-functional planning, ensuring consumer, commercial, and brand goals align.

  • Inspire and lead a team of Country VM Leads and cross-functional VM specialists to deliver innovative, consumer-first solutions at scale.

Product & Styling Strategy

  • Own the seasonal VM product strategy across Europe, translating key looks, commercial priorities, and product stories into compelling in-store experiences.

  • Influence global toolkit development and ensure European flagships reflect the pinnacle of Levi’s® brand expression.

Training & Capability Building

  • Build and scale a best-in-class VM training program that supports in-store VMRs, field teams, and our franchise/wholesale partners.

  • Drive consistency, elevate standards, and measure impact through structured learning journeys, hands-on coaching, and innovative training content.

Execution & Consumer Experience

  • Oversee flawless execution of monthly/seasonal updates including window rollouts, zoning, and styling, ensuring a cohesive and impactful consumer journey.

  • Lead by example in the field, driving excellence through regular market visits and on-site coaching.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Retail, Merchandising, Planning, and Marketing teams to align VM with product and commercial strategies.

  • Translate global direction into localised, actionable guidance with clarity and consistency across all markets.

Budget & Operational Excellence

  • Own the European VM budget and calendar, ensuring efficient resource allocation and ROI measurement.

  • Implement governance tools to ensure executional quality and drive continuous improvement.

Store Openings & Expansion

  • Lead VM strategy for new stores and market entries, collaborating with Store Planning & Construction to ensure a strong brand debut from day one.

About You

  • 10+ years in senior VM leadership roles, ideally across multiple markets in lifestyle, premium, or fashion retail.

  • Proven success in both strategic VM leadership and hands-on execution.

  • Experience building scalable training programs and high-performing teams.

  • Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of how VM drives KPIs and consumer behaviour.

  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

  • Confident communicator and cross-functional influencer in a matrixed environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Vision, creativity, and the ability to connect brand storytelling with commercial goals.

  • A strategic, future-focused mindset, with the ability to balance consistency and innovation.

  • Passion for the consumer experience and an obsession with visual detail.

  • The energy and leadership to inspire teams, push boundaries, and elevate execution across diverse markets.
