Trading and Operations Platform Transformation Lead

Your role 

As Trading & Operations Platform Transformation Lead, your role is to provide technical guidance across multiple transformational workstreams & to ensure changes are delivered at pace and follow best practices. 

You will work closely with delivery teams, technology teams, architecture, data & AI and divisional product teams to ensure technology is built in the right way and that everyone is singing from the same hymn sheet. 

You will be expected to support & mentor colleagues across the transformational teams who are hungry to learn but may be lacking technical expertise. 

The key KPIs that the Transformation teams are responsible for include Deflection (AI-handled client queries), Friction, STP (Straight-through-processing) & payments automation metrics. 

What you’ll need for this role 

• A strong understanding of Agentic AI including LLMs, RAG & MCP, preferably with recent project experience 

• A strong track record of delivering product and technology solutions 

• A solid foundation in architectural principals, data & technology platforms, data engineering and cloud computing 

• A good understanding of ‘FinTech’ & what it means to innovate in a heavily regulated environment 

• The ability to balance strategy & pragmatism, and to get scrappy when needed. You can context switch and juggle multiple workstreams with ease 

• Excellent communication & leadership skills 

• A hunger to innovate & a natural self-starter
