A Hybrid working model

What does the Head of Strategic Consulting do at Hogarth?
Covering the maternity leave of the Head of Strategic Consulting, this critical role within the Marketing Transformation team will lead the Strategy & Consulting discipline, driving successful transformation for our clients. Marketing Transformation is a strategic team comprised of consultative practitioners in strategy & consulting, marketing technology, and content strategy, working with clients to define solutions for delivering content experiences at scale. This role works closely with subject matter experts, operations teams, and leads the client transformation workstream.
Reporting lines and key stakeholders
You will report to the Chief Product & AI Officer and work closely with Client, Hogarth & WPP senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for consulting & transformation initiatives for clients looking for content production efficiency & effectiveness gains while advising on growth opportunities for Hogarth/WPP.
- Ensure consulting initiatives have clearly defined Vision, Objectives, and Key Result Areas (OKRs), with team members aligned and focused on KPI delivery.
- Continue to develop and champion the Production Studio Consulting proposition, driving adoption across our global client base while developing and executing consulting strategies that leverage AI-driven content production & transformation to unlock new opportunities for clients.
- Lead and manage the strategic consultancy team, fostering a high-performing culture of innovation and excellence through oversight of all consulting projects, practice development and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the product team representing the voice of the customer to continuously improve our AI content production tools.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging AI technologies relevant to content creation enabling you to contribute to thought leadership initiatives and representation of Hogarth at industry events.
- Define the production transformation technology landscape and enablement program required to deliver omnichannel experiences across paid, owned, and earned content.
- Leverage your deep understanding of marketing technology, creative production platforms, and enablement frameworks, combined with extensive knowledge of project/program management principles, methods, and techniques.
- Support the partnership with vendors and technology platforms to build and develop digital capabilities across our development hubs.
Requirements
- Experience setting up global and local content production processes with clients.
- Expertise in as-is process mapping, target process definition, and RACI matrix development.
- Strong understanding of production processes, especially in a digitally enabled context.
- Experience collaborating with creative and technology teams, demonstrating a good understanding of user experience, technology landscape, and design thinking techniques.
- Proven ability to positively influence and impact decisions to ensure the best client experience and positive outcomes for stakeholders and projects.
- Ability to articulate complex business challenges in a clear and concise manner, accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated experience delivering digital strategies and transformational change programs within digital marketing.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead program/project workstreams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful way.
- Experience communicating vision, details, and concepts effectively with C-level marketing and IT executives.
- Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of an organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
