  • Analyze and report on the impact of ABM programs on journey progression, account engagement, pipeline, revenue, and sales cycle length
  • Collaborate on budgeting needs and manage resources effectively, ensuring strategic programs align with budget constraints

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Proven success in building and executing 1:1 ABM programs for enterprise accounts, with the ability to both strategize and “roll up your sleeves” for execution
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to drive strategic account decisions and recommendations
  • Experience in managing and mentoring team members, aligning their efforts with organizational goals
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively conveying project updates, results, and priorities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and other marketing teams to align on strategy and goals
  • Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable building and leading a new function in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferably some familiarity with AI and automation tools with an eagerness to explore AI’s role in enhancing ABM efficiency
