ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Talon.One Partnerships team works to build and manage strategic relationships with global systems integrations, digital agencies and other SaaS vendors to achieve mutual goals, such as expanding market reach, increasing sales, and enhancing product offerings. Partner managers identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and develop joint GTM plans, which include marketing, sales, enablement and technical integration efforts.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Head of Solution Partnerships, you drive a key part of Talon.One’s growth strategy and with your team are responsible for developing our GTM strategy with our solutions partners. Talon.One works with global system integrators and digital agencies like Accenture, Deloitte Digital, EPAM and WPP Group.

Reporting to the VP of Partnerships, you will be responsible for implementing the partner strategy, managing and developing a team of partner managers, and guiding them in building and executing GTM plans. This includes co-selling initiatives, joint service offerings, pipeline development, and co-marketing activities, while tracking and reporting on key metrics and business impact.

This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, you will own the decisions, drive the implementation, and be accountable for the outcomes. Success in this role requires close collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time remote role based in London, UK.


ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

  • Own and drive the Go-To-Market strategy with partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • You lead a team of partner managers and actively develop our partner managers by making use of data, giving individual feedback and conducting workshops and training to enhance the team’s skills
  • Guide the team on creating and executing joint business plans with partners driven by KPI’s and business outcomes
  • Structure and steer your team’s work, setting priorities for and goals with your team
  • Jointly with partner managers, you represent Talon.One at events with partners and their clients, evaluate customer fit, share know-how and drive engagement
  • Drive continuous improvement in the collaboration with our partners, incl. strategic focus and optimization of existing processes
  • You work closely with partner enablement to develop new and existing training and event formats and define necessary materials for knowledge-sharing or marketing purposes
  • Communicate and evangelise the successes of strategic partnerships to internal stakeholders across various organisations

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3-5 years of experience in partnerships or channel sales and 1-2 years of experience in team management
  • Experience with building, developing and growing strategic partnerships and relevant programs that deliver long term revenue growth and customer/partner satisfaction
  • Experience with GSI partnerships, or experience delivering joint GSI + Partner solutions at a Systems Integrator
  • Highly analytical and data driven; an innovative thinker and creative problem solver who is naturally curious
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with internal and external senior leadership, including the C-suite
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and working cross-functionally in a high-growth business landscape
  • Adept at managing a team and fostering a collaborative environment
  • Deliver measurable outcomes, ensuring the partnership drives recurring revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer/partner satisfaction
  • Be the global orchestrator, aligning our teams - Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success to maximize partner impact
