Lead the global social media and organic content strategy, focusing on brand growth, community management, and influencer marketing efforts.
We’re looking for a senior profile to lead our global social media and organic content strategy. This person will be responsible for scaling the brand’s digital presence, defining its tone and narrative across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, etc.), driving community growth, managing influencer marketing actions and campaigns, and coordinating the production of relevant content, from editorial campaigns to video formats and series.
This role reports directly to the Brand Director, and their work will directly contribute to Holafly’s brand awareness and reputation as a disruptive scale-up in the eSIM and travel-tech industries.Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute the social media strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives.
- Lead the multi-channel editorial calendar and coordinate always-on and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee content creation (text, image, video) in collaboration with the creative and production teams.
- Manage community managers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, identifying creators and managing end-to-end collaborations.
- Monitor KPIs related to growth, engagement, and awareness.
- Work closely with PR, Influencer, and Paid Media teams to amplify key messages.
- Identify trends, cultural opportunities, and emerging content formats.
- 5+ years leading content and social media in consumer-facing brands.
- Experience managing creative and content teams.
- Deep knowledge of algorithms, formats, and best practices on IG, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Strategic mindset and strong brand vision.
- Fluent English (required).
