Role
The team at Moneturn is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Head of SEO & Content to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Head of SEO with significant experience working in SEO. This pivotal role entails executing an SEO & content marketing strategy to help grow and sustain the affiliate brands in our network. As a key member within our ventures, the responsibilities will be varied, and this role will be right for you if you can work at a strategic level in search marketing and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into the day-to-day execution.
Key Accountabilities
- Strategising, executing & reporting on an SEO & content strategy
- Helping setting and achieving ranking and revenue-based targets
- Line managing and hiring for the SEO & Content team
- Working with content teams to deliver engaging & effective
- Crafting content plans to hit ambitious targets
- Deploying numerous tactics to ensure content ranks (ie. content optimisation & link building)
- Monitoring visibility on the search landscape and ensuring our presence in key areas by reviewing competitor strategies, securing new placements, etc
- Contributing to the strategic direction and organic growth of Moneturn crypto brands
- Overseeing the content operation to ensure timely delivery of content against the weekly targets
Essential:
- A solid understanding of SEO and demonstrable success, ideally in a fast-paced start-up/agency environment
- 6+ years of experience in an SEO role
- Provable experience managing small teams
- Ability to work autonomously and own projects from start to finish
- Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and manage a large workload
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics / SEMrush / Ahrefs / Google Search Console etc.

- £60,000 - £70,000 salary per annum, depending on experience
