Lead and develop the UK sales organization, define and execute sales strategy, drive pipeline generation and forecast accuracy, manage commercial governance and financial oversight, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow SaaS revenue and partner/customer relationships.
Your new role
As Head of Sales UK (all genders), you will lead NFON’s commercial growth in one of our key international markets. You will shape and execute the UK sales strategy, empower a high-performing team, and drive sustainable revenue growth through strong customer and partner relationships. In this role, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, create alignment around shared business goals, and guide teams successfully through change and transformation. Reporting to the Head of International Sales, you will work closely with international stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create measurable business impact and strengthen NFON’s position as a future-oriented provider of intelligent business communication solutions.
The work you‘ll do
* Lead, coach, and develop the UK Sales team to achieve ambitious growth targets and commercial KPIs
* Take over directorial responsibilities for governance, compliance, strategic reporting and financial oversight, as well as advising group management
* Define and execute the UK sales strategy in alignment with NFON’s international growth objectives
* Drive accountability, ownership, and performance excellence across the sales organization
* Lead teams through change by creating clarity, focus, and alignment around business priorities and strategic goals
* Drive pipeline generation, opportunity conversion, and forecast accuracy across the UK market
* Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities and long-term value
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Presales, and Customer Success to ensure a strong and consistent go-to-market approach
* Ensure transparency and operational excellence through disciplined CRM usage, reporting, and forecasting processes
The qualifications you need
* Several years of experience in B2B sales, including leadership responsibility within international or regional sales environments
* Proven track record of driving commercial growth and leading high-performing sales teams
* Strong ability to lead change, create alignment, and foster accountability across teams and stakeholders
* Strong strategic sales and business development capabilities combined with hands-on execution skills
* Experience in SaaS, cloud, or technology-driven business models
* Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting processes, and performance metrics
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Management, or a comparable qualification
