We’ve been collecting many of these data points since Rightmove launched in 2000. This means we have historical data, the current market trends and lead indicators of future market direction. 

The Data Services business at Rightmove sells data-driven solutions and bridges the gap for our partners between data and strategic business needs. The Data Services team work closely with lenders, surveyors, investors, insurance and utility companies, as well as property professionals seeking actionable insights to make informed decisions. 

That’s where you come in...

As Head of Sales, you will take ownership of a team of 5 talented Account Managers, driving their growth and performance while ensuring our Data Services partners receive outstanding value and service. Leveraging your expertise in people management, sales, enterprise account management and strategy, you will inspire your team and the business unit to exceed targets and represent the Rightmove brand with confidence and pride.

Ideally, this role will be based in our London office. However, we’re open to candidates based elsewhere in the UK, provided they’re willing to travel to the office as needed.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing enterprise account management team to deliver exceptional results for our customers.
  • Foster individual and team growth by building structured development plans and coaching for performance and potential.
  • Sell data products and manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Play an active role in strategic leadership discussions, contributing to business-wide decisions.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and high expectations.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that inform strategy and elevate team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies that drive commercial growth and align with business objectives.

Who you are:

  • A proven leader with experience managing and developing high-performing teams in enterprise account management - ideally in data, SaaS, tech or digital sales. 
  • Experience in the financial sector or selling data products is a strong advantage.
  • Passionate about people management - you’re a mentor as much as a manager, and you create a culture of accountability, learning and success.
  • Skilled in coaching and performance development, with the ability to guide individuals through challenges and change.
  • Adaptable and resilient, you approach challenges with a proactive, solution-focused mindset and thrive under pressure.
  • Data-literate and insight-driven, ability to leverage data to inform decisions and spark improvement.
  • A confident communicator and collaborator who builds strong relationships across teams and levels.
  • Commercially sharp, with a strong grasp of business development and a results-driven mindset that ensures team activity supports company goals.
