The Role

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for the commercial and strategic roadmap for the sales plus marketing of the Streamhub services, including the implementation of processes and organisational changes to achieve EMEA (primary) and ROW market (secondary) targets
  • Develop sales processes, targets and proposals that accurately captures the technical requirements and needs of the customers, both for new proposals and upsells
  • Manage the sales team and partnership channels including strong target management, incentive schemes and partnership programmes 
  • Work with the product team to develop new innovations in measurement and data management that leads to new monetisation streams 
  • Raise awareness of Streamhub’s offering across industry bodies, executives within media organisations and within the trade media through planned PR and marketing events
  • Supervise the development of 360 marketing plans and support its execution to increase our awareness and reputation targeted towards target executives including periodic content creation
  • Define and deliver sales KPIs both quarterly and annually
  • Manage the sales and marketing and related budgets

Who you are (Qualifications/Experience):

  • Over 12 years of experience in enterprise B2B sales of analytics products, measurement solutions or in TV/video advertising
  • Deep knowledge of the research or advertising aspect of the media industry with relationships at broadcasters, research agencies and/or JICs
  • Proven track record of sales and implementation of both simple and complex solutions with a storng level of understanding of data ecosystems and key technologies
  • Strong presentation and sales skills, delivering to targets
  • Strengths in problem solving and issue-resolution, ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven work environment, have great attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Outstanding skills at initiating, managing and growing strategic relationships with third parties, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Be passionate about the media, measurement and the future of advertising
  • Experience in working in startups or be strongly motivated to do so understanding what it takes
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK or Europe, and if based in Europe to travel to the UK frequently
