Location

While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain.

This is a full-time, remote position. Please note that we do not engage on a B2B or contractor basis.

We do not partner with search firms.

About

We’re hiring a Revenue Operations leader to partner with the CRO and leadership team in shaping how Lokalise grows — combining operational discipline with commercial enablement.

This role sits at the centre of our go-to-market organisation, connecting Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance. It’s responsible for ensuring we have robust forecasting, clean systems, and actionable insights — but equally for helping our GTM teams become faster, more efficient, and more impactful in how they execute.

We’re looking for someone who has successfully applied modern automation and data-driven approaches, including practical use of AI, to improve decision-making and support GTM growth.

This is not a role for a “Salesforce police officer.” It’s a role for a business partner who can translate data into clarity, process into performance, and insight into impact.

You Will
  • Lead the forecasting process across Sales and Customer Success, ensuring predictability, visibility, and executive confidence.
  • Deliver unified, actionable insights across new business, expansion, and renewals, to drive focus and prioritisation.
  • Own Salesforce and the wider GTM technology stack, ensuring it enables teams rather than slows them down.
  • Introduce automation and modern tooling to simplify work and improve decision-making.
  • Lead segmentation, territory and quota planning, and partner with Finance on capacity and performance modelling.
  • Build and lead the Revenue Enablement function, working closely with Product Marketing to develop playbooks, onboarding, and methodologies that drive productivity.
  • Partner with leadership to drive annual planning, quota setting, and performance tracking while maintaining alignment with Lokalise’s overall business objectives.
  • Define and run the revenue operating cadence — pipeline reviews, forecast calls, and performance sessions — creating rhythm, accountability, and alignment across GTM.
  • Be a visible partner to Sales, CS, and Marketing leaders, helping them operate with clarity, consistency, and speed.

What You Bring
  • Experience leading Revenue Operations in a scaling B2B SaaS company (€20–€100M ARR).
  • Proven success improving forecast accuracy, team productivity, and NRR predictability.
  • Strong Salesforce and BI capability, with an instinct for simplicity and usability.
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce automation or AI to improve GTM performance.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel revenue models and post-sale motions.
  • Strong track record of aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Pragmatic, collaborative operator — able to influence, prioritise, and make things happen.

What Success Looks Like
  • Forecast variance consistently within ±5–8%.
  • Clear visibility across all revenue streams — new, expansion, and renewals.
  • GTM teams spending more time with customers and less time reporting.
  • Faster sales cycles, improved conversion rates, and higher NRR.
  • Enablement embedded as part of the GTM operating rhythm — playbooks in use, ramp time shortened, productivity clearly improving quarter over quarter.
  • Managers and quota carriers are consistently equipped with the data, tools, and guidance to run better forecasts, conversations, and renewals.
  • A commercial organisation operating with alignment, speed, and confidence.

Our Benefits
  • Competitive salary and employee stock options plan.
  • Fully remote and flexible working hours.
  • Co-working budget — want a little escape from your home office? We’ve got you.
  • Flexible vacation policy to recharge whenever you need.
  • Home office setup budget — monitor, desk, ergonomics, whatever helps you do your best work.
  • Learning and development budget to level up your skills and career.
  • Health insurance to keep you covered.
  • Wellness allowance to invest in your mental and physical well-being — gym, meditation, coaching, or whatever helps you thrive.
  • Great startup culture — we’re remote but close-knit, with regular retreats and social events to stay connected.

We are committed to a culture of inclusion and equal opportunities. Therefore, we welcome applications from people of all gender identities, sexual orientations, personal expressions, relationship, marital, or civil partnership statuses, racial identities, national or ethnic origins, religious beliefs, ages, and disability statuses.
