About the role

We are looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to work alongside the CRO, SVP Finance and Product teams to be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the revenue generating teams. This includes projects such as running monthly business reviews, reporting the numbers to the wider commercial organisation and helping manage the tools needed for the revenue team.

You will have a huge amount of responsibility, autonomy, and creative freedom to help build a best-in-class revenue operations function.

What the role involves 

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives, business model, and customer needs.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and customer success leadership teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of revenue-generating activities.
  • Owning Sales & Finance business KPI dashboards and reporting, by optimising business performance through metrics analysis.
  • Implementing pricing strategies and actively optimise results
  • Supporting the yearly strategic planning and OKR process
  • Ownership over MBR and Board deck creation and validation
  • Managing the sales tools and regularly review our tech stack
Requirements

About you 

  • 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within a fast-paced fintech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute complex revenue strategies that align with company goals.
  • Highly analytical with experience in data analysis, reporting, and using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data tools (e.g. looker).
  • Familiarity with the latest revenue operations technologies, tools, and automation platforms.
  • Experience with strategic planning and OKR process
  • Experience in the fintech or payments sector is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent data analysis and business modeling knowledge and experience.
