This is a highly visible leadership role where you will influence both client outcomes and internal strategy, working across large-scale, complex programmes that directly impact global clients. You will have the opportunity to lead and develop high-performing teams, shape delivery standards, and contribute to the evolution of the Client Delivery function. With exposure to senior stakeholders and involvement in pre-sales and strategic initiatives, this role offers both breadth and depth in leadership, delivery excellence, and business impact.

Your key responsibilities as a Head of Project and Quality Management will include:

• Leading the successful delivery of all complex client projects and programmes, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost control across the portfolio

• Managing and developing Project Management and Project Quality teams, driving performance, coaching, and continuous improvement

• Overseeing portfolio governance, including resource planning, capacity management, and prioritisation across multiple concurrent programmes

• Acting as a senior escalation point, managing complex issues and maintaining strong communication with internal and external C-level stakeholders

• Contributing to pre-sales activities, shaping solutions and supporting the Commercial team to win and deliver strategic deals

• Driving strategic initiatives to improve delivery maturity, client experience, and operational effectiveness within the Client Delivery function

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as an Head of Project and Quality Management:

• You will bring extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale programmes within financial services or software environments

• You will have a strong track record of leading high-performing project delivery teams and driving successful outcomes

• You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging and influencing senior and C-level stakeholders

• You will have proven experience governing project portfolios across time, cost, and quality to achieve client satisfaction

• You will possess strong communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate complex delivery strategies and outcomes
