What we are looking for
We require an experienced Head of Professional Services to lead the Hibob Mid-Market Implementation function in EMEA. With a deep understanding of delivery standards and excellence in providing implementation and supporting services to Mid-Market, multi-national customers. This role will lay the foundation for delivery standards for Mid-market delivery and value based services.

- Extensive expertise in Professional Services, particularly in high-volume mid-market delivery
- Knowledge of end-to-end service delivery, including implementation and post launch value-added services
- Proven track record of achievement and exceeding departmental KPIs
- Overseeing and acting as the Project Sponsor on complex projects
- HR Technology, Payroll or similar system implementation experience along with integration to other HR/Payroll/Finance systems
- Managing hybrid delivery teams
- Strong project management and project governance expertise
- Cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Continuous improvement mindset
