We help companies get compensation right.

What we get paid at work has a massive impact on our lives, and it’s one of the biggest factors in hiring and retaining talent - and yet so many companies struggle to get it right. They simply have no choice but to rely on poor data and unsophisticated tools for their pay decisions. That’s why we created Ravio.

We help many of the world’s most innovative and ambitious companies build stronger teams and reach their goals through better compensation. Our real-time data platform brings compensation into the modern age with clarity and transparency.

We’re passionate about ensuring everyone is paid what they deserve, no matter their background or circumstances. We believe that when compensation is done right, everyone wins.

Ravio is growing fast, which means you can too. Joining a startup in the early days and scaling it into a global product is one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences a career can offer. If that sounds exciting to you, you’re in the right place.

The Role

As our Head of Product, you’ll shape Ravio’s product vision, lead our product strategy, and build a team that delivers exceptional outcomes for our customers and business. This is a player-coach role - you’ll lead and grow a small team of product managers while also directly owning high-impact areas of the product yourself.

You’ll be at the heart of Ravio’s mission, working closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Customer Success, and our Founders. We’re looking for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on; someone who loves setting a bold direction and also rolling up their sleeves to make it happen.

You’ll need to bring strong product intuition and a healthy comfort with ambiguity — we don’t always have perfect data to guide decisions, so you’ll need to navigate uncertainty, test your assumptions, and make smart bets that move us forward.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and drive product strategy: Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligned to company goals and customer needs

  • Lead and grow the product team: Hire, coach and develop a high-performing team of product managers, setting a strong product culture

  • Build customer-first products: Use insights from customers, data and the market to shape innovative and impactful solutions

  • Deliver outcomes, not just features: Set clear goals, measure success rigorously, and lead the team to deliver real business and user value

  • Collaborate deeply across the business: Work with Design, Engineering, and other teams to execute efficiently, and with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure impact

  • Champion continuous improvement: Build a culture of learning, experimentation, and feedback - across the product team and the company

  • Thrive in ambiguity: Make strong calls with limited information, define what needs measuring, and learn fast

You’ll Thrive Here If You…
  • Have B2B SaaS experience — ideally in a product-led organisation with modern, agile ways of working

  • Have led a product team of 3+ and delivered meaningful outcomes at pace

  • Have a strong track record of owning strategy and shipping impactful products

  • Work well in ambiguous environments — you don’t wait for perfect data, but know how to make informed bets, validate direction, and keep learning

  • Have sharp product intuition and a nose for what matters — but also know how to define and track metrics that prove results

  • Are an excellent communicator — clear, structured, and engaging, with strong storytelling skills

  • Can move between big-picture thinking and executional detail with ease

  • Are highly self-aware and emotionally intelligent, with a growth mindset

  • Are motivated by mission — you care about creating fairer workplaces and better pay

  • Have a player-coach mentality — equally excited by setting direction and getting into the weeds

  • Take feedback well, and show coachability in how you work and lead

  • Enjoy working in a fast-moving, scaling startup — with all the ambiguity and opportunity that brings

We believe great talent comes in many forms. If you’re excited by this role but don’t meet every single bullet in the profile please apply anyway. We’d love to hear from you.
