      management.
    • Create a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement, while
      reducing waste.
  • Collaboration with Engineering & Development:
    • Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of product
      development.
    • Oversee the development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely
      delivery of high-quality products.
    • Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate
      effective communication and decision-making.
  • AI-Driven Product Innovation:
    • Identify and integrate AI technologies to solve user challenges, personalize experiences, and enhance product offerings.
    • Develop AI capabilities for our end users to support their own business needs.
    • Stay updated on emerging AI trends and ensure products remain at the forefront of innovation.
    • Drive the adoption of machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics within product features.
  • User-Centered Design & Experience:

    • Define and prioritize features that differentiate ThriveCart, Convertri, Stealth Seminar, and Piktochart from competitors.
    • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to position products effectively in the market.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Establish and manage KPIs to measure product success, team performance, and user satisfaction.
