The Head of product ZDS will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies related to Web3 technologies, ensuring these products meet market demands and remain competitive to drive user growth and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the strategy, roadmap, and iteration plans for Web3 products.
• Design comprehensive product solutions, including issuance, circulation, and use cases of Web3 tokens.
• Ensure product design encompasses a diverse range of features and functionalities to enhance market competitiveness.

• Conduct market research to analyze user needs and competitive landscapes to support product decisions.
• Utilize data analysis tools to monitor the performance of Web3 products and suggest optimizations.

• Responsible for the overall user experience of Web3 products, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and secure.
• Optimize operational processes for Web3 products, covering all aspects from user acquisition to conversion.

• Work closely with the technical team based on market demands to ensure timely delivery of Web3 products.
• Coordinate with the development team throughout the product lifecycle to address technical challenges and changes in requirements.

Experience

• Over 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in Web3 or cryptocurrency-related product management.
• Proven track record in successfully developing and implementing Web3 projects, particularly in user acquisition and market promotion.

Knowledge and Skills

• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies, including various Web3 token functionalities and market applications.
• Strong grasp of product design principles, encompassing user experience, features, and system architecture.
• Excellent project management skills to oversee the entire product development.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Innovative thinker capable of identifying market opportunities and proposing effective product solutions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing market and business needs.
