Your team

The product team executes the strategy and development for IG's trading platform and products, driving innovation in trading experiences while meeting regulatory requirements.

Your role in the Team’s Success

Lead the product strategy and development for IG's trading platform and products, driving innovation in trading experiences while meeting regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IG's trading platforms and products
• Lead a team of product managers focused on trading solutions
• Drive innovation in trading experiences, tools, and features
• Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain IG's competitive advantage
• Ensure trading products meet regulatory requirements while delivering excellent user experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver robust trading solutions
• Analyse product performance, customer feedback, and market data to inform product decisions
• Represent the product team in executive meetings and strategic planning sessions

What you’ll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience with at least 4 years leading trading or financial products
• Deep understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements
• Experience managing complex, regulated financial products
• Proven track record of delivering innovative digital trading solutions
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing product teams
• Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
