  • Ensure insights directly shape product relevance, value propositions and messaging, driving decisions that align with broader business and strategic objectives.

Unified Customer Narrative & Journey

  • Lead the development of powerful product narratives, compelling messaging and incentivisation strategies across the entire marketing and product ecosystem (brand, performance, CRM, lifecycle, in-product)
  • Ensure customer journeys are seamless, intuitive and tailored to maximise adoption, LTV and profitability across priority segments

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the strategic glue between product, marketing and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and championing a customer-led mindset. Build and maintain trusted cross-functional partnerships, aligning diverse teams around shared objectives to drive cohesion, collaboration, and business impact
  • Collaborate with product, design, engineering, data, finance, sales and risk, to align objectives and initiatives which deliver customer and merchant outcomes that drive business growth
