We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in defining how we position our platform, manage go-to-market strategies, influence product development through market insights and pricing strategy. As the leader of the product marketing team, you will manage a group of 4 Product Marketing Managers.

The ideal candidate has experience in PLG, a deep understanding of the mobile development or DevOps ecosystem, and a proven ability to drive strategic marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a product marketing leader to make a significant impact on Bitrise’s growth trajectory.

You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to create value-driven messaging that drives demand and adoption across the customer lifecycle.

Please note that we’re a remote-first company offering the flexibility to work remotely within the country advertised.

The salary range for this role is £80,000 - £130,000.

Your responsibilities:

    • Ensure alignment between product marketing initiatives and company objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative environment to drive high performance and engagement across the team.
    • Develop and implement the right processes, templates, and operational frameworks to ensure consistency across the product marketing team.
    • Define and oversee the go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and updates across the Bitrise platform.
    • Research and help package the Bitrise platform for key customer segments and industry verticals
    • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with the product roadmap and customer needs.
    • Support Sales with enablement tools, content, and training that articulate the value of Bitrise’s offerings.
    • Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and narratives that resonate with target audiences and communicate the unique value of Bitrise.
    • Lead Bitrise’s developer-first PLG motion end-to-end: optimize packaging and trials, self-serve onboarding, and in-product activation.
    • Support the development and continuous refinement of Bitrise’s monetization strategy to ensure it aligns with market demands and customer value.
    • Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Identify market opportunities and make recommendations to influence product development and overall business strategy.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive demand generation campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with product marketing priorities and effectively target the right segments.

    Your competencies and skills:

    • 10+ years of experience in tech-heavy B2B SaaS or developer tools
    • Pricing and monetization experience
    • Proven experience in managing and scaling a product marketing team.
    • Expertise in developing and executing pricing strategies.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and internal stakeholders, from senior leadership to individual contributors.
    • Team player abilities with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
    • Strong organizational and dependency management skills with great attention to detail, ensuring that plans are successfully executed on time.

    Nice to have:

    • Developer tools or DevOps platform experience
    • Experience with Bitrise
    • Experience and understanding of mobile tools and processes

    About Bitrise:

Bitrise is a continuous integration and delivery platform, built by and for mobile app developers. Our mission? To help everyone build and operate better mobile apps. By streamlining, automating and optimizing recurring mobile development processes, we free up time and resources for creative, interesting and impactful development tasks, resulting in better, faster releases.

As a successful graduate of Y Combinator, we are born of the same DNA as Airbnb, Reddit and Dropbox. Since Bitrise was launched in 2015, we have grown exponentially: Today, tens of thousands of developers release apps via Bitrise that end up on billions of mobile devices around the world.

Some of the teams who already trust us are Tripadvisor, Shopify or GoDaddy. Pick up any mobile device, and chances are you’ll encounter multiple apps that were built on Bitrise. Working at Bitrise means contributing to all of that.
