About Workvivo (by Zoom)

Work isn’t just about tasks and deadlines—it’s about people. At Workvivo, we’re reshaping how organizations foster culture, connection, and engagement at scale. Our platform unifies outdated intranets, fragmented internal comms, engagement and measurement tools into a single, seamless employee experience platform. As the market leader, we power thousands of companies and millions of employees worldwide—including major brands like Walmart, Ryanair, Amazon, Bupa, and the Virgin Group.

Workvivo is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world, pioneering a new category that’s redefining how employees connect with their work and each other. Now, as part of Zoom, we’re scaling even faster. This is a rare opportunity to join a category leader on a rocket ship trajectory—driving a mission that truly matters: elevating the employee experience for people everywhere.

The Opportunity

We are searching for a Head of Product Marketing to lead and scale this critical function globally. This is not just another product marketing role; it is a unique opportunity to drive the storytelling, positioning, and go-to-market strategy for a category-defining product in a rapidly growing market.

Who We’re Looking For

  • A Natural Storyteller – You craft compelling narratives, distill complex ideas, and create messaging that resonates.

  • A Trusted Advocate – You confidently represent Workvivo in analyst briefings, events, and executive meetings, earning trust with your deep product knowledge and presence.

  • A Team Player with Gravitas – You command respect across Product, Sales, and Marketing. Your expertise and credibility ensure alignment, drive action, and make you a trusted voice in key decisions.

  • A Builder & Scaler – You’ve built and led high-performing product marketing teams in fast-growing startups, bringing clear frameworks and best practices to scale effectively.

  • A Strategic Leader – You set a vision and structure the function for scale. You prioritize effectively, align stakeholders, and ensure product marketing drives real business impact.

  • An Execution Powerhouse – You move fast, adapt quickly, and make things happen. You’re hands-on when needed, and turn strategy into action that delivers results.

Why This Is a Unique and Exciting Opportunity

🚀 Hyper-Growth at Scale – Workvivo is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world, with 140%+ year-over-year growth since 2017. Now part of Zoom, we’re scaling even faster—this is your chance to help shape a category leader in full acceleration mode.

🎯 Marketing at the Center – Unlike most B2B SaaS companies where marketing plays a supporting role, at Workvivo, it’s a growth engine. We generate over 70% of the pipeline, drive category leadership, and have full executive backing. As Head of Product Marketing, you’ll be defining the market narrative and shaping strategic direction.

🏆 A Seat at the Table –  This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll work directly with Workvivo and Zoom leadership, shaping product and market decisions that move the business forward.

💡World-Class Team & Culture – Ambitious, collaborative, impact-driven, and fun. We take our work seriously—but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. At Workvivo, you’re encouraged to come as you are, unleash your potential, and be your best self. You’ll work with top SaaS talent in a company that values expertise, gives you space to lead, and knows how to have fun along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive Workvivo's narrative across the employee experience category, translating it into compelling segment-specific value propositions that resonate with our ideal customer profile (ICP).

  • Drive the go-to-market strategy for Workvivo, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product teams.

  • Lead analyst relations, driving strong positioning in Gartner, Forrester, and other key industry reports.

  • Drive consistent sales wins through sharp competitive positioning and unified messaging that the entire sales team can effectively deliver.

  • Build and scale a high-performing product marketing team, defining frameworks, best practices, and processes that set us up for long-term success.

  • Act as a key spokesperson for Workvivo at global events, in media, and across customer and partner engagements with a willingness to travel when needed.

Your Experience & Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven experience leading and scaling product marketing in a high-growth B2B SaaS startup.

  • Deep understanding of the Employee Experience, HR Tech, or Work Tech landscape is a plus.

  • Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with a track record of crafting compelling narratives.

  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where speed and agility are key.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
