To help accelerate our growth and pace of delivery, we are looking for a talented Head of Product Management to join our team.


As the Head of Product Management at Remofirst, you will play a crucial role in driving the strategic direction and execution of our product roadmap. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of Product Owners responsible for overseeing product development across various business services and features. Your primary focus will be to align product initiatives with company objectives, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement in our offerings.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Product Planning:
  • - Collaborate with senior leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s business goals.

    - Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.

    - Define key success metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives.

  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • - Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, providing guidance and support in prioritizing and executing product initiatives.

    - Work closely with Product Owners to ensure alignment with company priorities, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and drive accountability for deliverables.

    - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product management team.

  • Product Development and Execution:
  • - Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to launch and iteration.

    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end engineers, back-end engineers, QA engineers, and designers, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.

    - Drive agile methodologies and best practices to optimize product development processes and increase efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • - Serve as a primary point of contact for senior leadership, including the Chief of Staff and CEO, providing regular updates on product initiatives, milestones, and performance metrics.

    - Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, prioritize feature requests, and address feedback.

  • Product Strategy and Innovation:
  • - Lead strategic initiatives to explore new market opportunities, expand product offerings, and drive innovation in employer-of-record services.

    - Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, leveraging user insights and feedback to inform product decisions.

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing product teams.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including agile/scrum, and experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and QA professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement in product development processes and practices.
  • Strong problem-solving.
