Your team

The product team is responsible for IG's investment products portfolio, driving innovation and growth in the investment platform offerings.

Your role in the Team’s Success

Lead the product strategy and execution for IG's investment products portfolio, driving innovation and growth in the investment platform offerings.

What you’ll do

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IG's investment products
• Lead a team of product managers focusing on investment products
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment with company objectives
• Identify market opportunities and develop competitive product offerings
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to inform product decisions
• Drive product innovation to enhance customer experience and increase market share
• Oversee the full product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
  Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products

What you’ll need for this role

Key Qualification Requirements:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in leadership roles
• Strong background in financial services, particularly in investment products
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling investment products
• Deep understanding of investment products, platforms, and financial markets
• Experience leading and developing product teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision making
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
