Purpose of Position

At Awin, we’ve made significant strides on our journey to becoming a truly product-led organisation—one where customer value, innovation, and strategic impact drive every decision. As the Head of Product, you’ll build on this momentum, leading the continued evolution of our product organisation while influencing a company-wide embrace of product-centric thinking. This is your opportunity to shape not just the roadmap, but the product culture of a global company.

As Head of Product, Core Value Stream, you’ll report to the Group Product Director, work closely with the Head of Product, Customer Growth and lead a group of 10-15 product leads and managers across three tribes.

  • Lead the Team: Champion a culture of growth and excellence by coaching and mentoring senior product leaders, creating a cohesive team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
  • Be a Storyteller: Craft compelling narratives that bring people on a journey of value creation. Whether presenting to the C-suite, rallying cross-functional teams, or inspiring your department, you articulate the “why” behind every initiative with clarity and passion.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, UX, and commercial leaders to empower multiple product teams to deliver against company and product strategies.
  • Foster Collaboration: Work closely with CRM, Data, Engineering, and other teams to deliver seamless, unified customer experiences.
  • Shape the Culture: Build a product organisation that’s high-performing, engaged, and passionately focused on solving customer problems.

Skills & Expertise

  • A proven product leader with a track record of successfully managing and scaling product teams in complex, multi-location environments.
  • A natural storyteller, able to distill complex ideas into simple, powerful messages that inspire and engage.
  • Comfortable and confident presenting to wide audiences, using data and insights to advocate for bold decisions and align stakeholders.
  • Passionate about customers and curious about uncovering deep insights to inform product strategy and development.
  • Data-driven and analytical, using critical thinking to solve problems, identify opportunities, and drive growth.
  • Technically savvy and comfortable steering the direction of technical products like APIs, tracking systems, and reporting tools.
  • A lifelong learner, eager to explore new frameworks, methodologies, and approaches to continuously improve.
