Programmatic & Operations – DAX Outdoor 

  

DAX Outdoor is one of the fastest-growing areas of our business, and we’re looking for a skilled and ambitious Product & Operations Head to scale and drive its next phase of growth. 

 

In this role, you’ll lead the next phase of DAX Outdoor’s programmatic delivery. This role will oversee day-to-day operations and long-term platform development, ensuring DAX Outdoor is set up to deliver high-performing campaigns at scale. While the role will support commercial teams, its core focus is operational leadership, technical execution, and continuous improvement. 

 

You’ll bring a deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs and ad servers, and strong relationships. Working closely with programmatic, commercial and tech teams, you’ll play a critical role in scaling PrOOH through the DAX SSP. 

 

As the Programmatic & Operations Lead – DAX Outdoor at Global, you will:

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the senior escalation point for PrOOH operational issues across internal teams, agencies, and DSP partners. 
  • Oversee inventory strategy and campaign pacing, proactively addressing any delivery risks. 
  • Translate the DAX Outdoor SSP needs into structured development briefs and manage the product roadmap. 
  • Collaborate with tech and data teams to deliver tools that enhance efficiency, targeting, and monetisation. 
  • Manage DSP onboarding, certification, and integration of new supply paths and features 
  • Provide technical expertise on DSP platforms and maintain strong alignment with key partners. 
  • Support sales and marketing with platform insights, campaign feasibility, and go-to-market readiness. 
  • Develop and maintain internal and external documentation to support operational excellence and education. 
  • Manage and mentor the DAX Outdoor operations and product executive and building collaboration across teams. 
  • Represent DAX at industry events and forums to increase visibility and stay ahead of programmatic trends.

What success looks like:  

 

In the first few months, you will have: 

  • Deliver operational stability by streamlining campaign workflows and resolving key delivery pain points. 
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, DSP partners and agency contacts to support smoother collaboration. 
  • Audit existing tools, processes and documentation—identifying quick wins for efficiency and scale. 
  • Define priorities for the platform roadmap in line with commercial needs and technical opportunities. 
  • Establish clear team routines, expectations and development goals to support performance and growth. 

 

What you will need 

  • A senior operator with deep experience in Programmatic advertising; DOOH knowledge highly desirable. 
  • Strong grasp of the DSP ecosystem, with confidence navigating platform features and managing technical partnerships. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead operations, scale processes, and collaborate across teams with varied goals. 
  • Systems thinker who’s equally comfortable in the weeds. Hands-on, proactive, and delivery focused. 
  • Comfortable straddling commercial and technical conversations; capable of translating strategy into action.
