The Role & Team:

Set the strategic direction for Infovista's network, infrastructure and cloud platform capabilities supporting the Network Lifecycle Automation, Network Intelligence and SaaS product portfolios. Lead an international organisation spanning internal teams and an offshore third-party partner, translating business priorities into platform strategy and holding all delivery teams accountable for resilient, secure and cost-effective outcomes. The role provides technical direction and informed oversight rather than hands-on execution.

You will lead an international team of network, infrastructure, cloud and DevOps professionals, made up of internal staff and an offshore third-party delivery partner. Reporting to senior technology leadership, you will work closely with product, engineering and security leaders. Success will be measured by platform availability against SLAs, partner performance and value for money, delivery of roadmap milestones, cost efficiency, security posture, and team engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and own the multi-year platform and infrastructure strategy and roadmap, aligned to business and product objectives
• Lead, develop and retain an international team across network, infrastructure, cloud and DevOps disciplines
• Govern the offshore third-party partner relationship, including contracts, SLAs, performance reviews and value delivery
• Shape the sourcing model, balancing internal capability with outsourced delivery to optimise cost, quality and risk
• Provide informed technical direction on cloud, Kubernetes, networking and automation, guiding architectural decisions without hands-on delivery
• Set and enforce standards for reliability, observability, security and compliance across internal and partner teams
• Own the platform budget, cost optimisation and investment cases
• Represent platform and infrastructure at senior leadership level, partnering with product, engineering, security, executive stakeholders and key vendors
• Position the platform to enable AI, analytics and automation initiatives at scale

Qualifications:

• 12+ years in network, infrastructure or platform engineering, including at least 5 years leading geographically distributed, multi-disciplinary teams in enterprise SaaS or technology environments
• Proven track record managing offshore or outsourced delivery partners, including contract negotiation, SLA governance and performance management
• Broad working knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking and security, sufficient to challenge technical approaches and make informed decisions
• Strong commercial acumen, budget ownership and executive stakeholder management skills
