You will systematically assess HR processes and recruitment funnels, identify gaps and root causes, and deliver data-driven improvements. Requirements
    • Senior HR leadership experience with strong recruitment and organisational development expertise.
    • Proven results improving quality of hire, retention, probation outcomes, and performance.
    • Hands-on experience auditing end-to-end HR processes, recruitment funnels, and process deviations.
    • Strong capability in HR / Recruitment analytics, KPIs, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
    • Experience in performance management, engagement, culture, organisational design, and workforce planning.
    • Ability to build practical processes and lead their adoption across different business functions.
    • Experience with distributed international teams and awareness of contractor / employment arrangements.
    • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, ownership, and fluent English.
  • Plus to have:

  • In-house recruitment or HR experience within the construction, real estate, architecture, design, or hospitality industries. Experience hiring for or working directly within these sectors is preferred.
Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute People strategy aligned with business needs.
    • Lead a lean HR and Recruitment team and improve its effectiveness.
    • Strengthen sourcing, candidate assessments, hiring standards, and quality of hire.
    • Analyse recruitment funnels and the entire HR lifecycle; track deviations, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
    • Build onboarding, performance management, feedback, retention, and development processes.
    • Build a sustainable culture of engagement, accountability, and high performance.
    • Establish and continuously improve People dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting.
    • Adapt people practices to corporate functions, site teams, and potentially hospitality operations.
    • Partner with leadership on organisational effectiveness, headcount planning, and employee performance.
    • Oversee international People operations and partner with Legal and Finance on compliance.
    • Personally drive implementation and adoption of improvements.

Benefits
    • Opportunity to build and shape the People function of an international luxury hospitality business.
    • Direct involvement in strategic organisational decisions and meaningful transformation.
    • High autonomy, ownership, and visibility with senior leadership.
    • International exposure, remote work, and occasional travel.
    • Entrepreneurial environment with a lean, collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
