Job Description

OVERVIEW: 

As a member of Sportradar’s Global People Team, the Head of People Partnering, will provide strategic human resources business partnering to our Growth, Legal, and Finance Department leaders. These divisions within Sportradar consist of a population of 400+ FTE across multiple units and locations, requiring close collaboration with our Local People Advisors and People Operations globally. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing people strategies while fostering a positive culture of growth, innovation, and inclusion within a fast-paced, change-driven environment. Reporting to the VP, People Partnering this position will partner with our People Advisory team on employee relations, drive talent initiatives and organizational development to foster results-oriented and high-performing workforce.


THE CHALLENGE: 

  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted partner to the Growth, Legal and Finance divisions, providing end-to-end HR support for leaders and senior managers in the unit. 
  • Strategy delivery: develop a deep understanding of the strategic objectives, functional roles, processes, best practices, and industry trends to align to the Global People strategy with the overall business strategy. 
  • Talent and Succession: ensure the talent pipeline supports the company’s ambition driving workforce planning and succession strategies. 
  • Capabilities Development: identify upskilling/reskilling needs, develop, and execute the capabilities plan, including yearly divisional learning plans and effective resource planning and hiring. 
  • Partner with leadership to drive a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and the People Potential teams to build a world class talent pipeline, while supporting efficient workforce planning and talent sourcing to deliver the divisional requirements.
  • Reward strategies: implement in line with our global framework.
  • Performance Management: lead the divisional scorecard alignment to company goals and oversee the full Performance cycle. 
  • Coach leaders to foster a results-driven, high performing culture within the division.
  • Culture and Engagement: Act as a champion of the company values, embedding them into everyday work practices. 
  • Change management and organization effectiveness: people-related strategies and data-driven decisions including organizational design, change management and total rewards.
  • Partner with the global Centres of Excellence (Total Rewards, Systems & Ops, People Potential and Organizational Development) to develop and deliver best-in-class people initiatives.
  • Work closely with the global People Partner team on matrixed team support and share experience and best practices with global counterparts. 


YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Previous extensive experience as People/HR Business Partner, in a fast-growing global organization.
  • Business and financial acumen.
  • Solid knowledge and know-how as generalist practitioner in talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labour law.
  • Strong communication, with ability to influence and partner with senior leaders in a globally distributed workforce.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in multicultural environments; fluency in English required, additional languages considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with Workday, Slack, and HRIS platforms is a plus.
  • This role will require occasional travel, both domestically and internationally.
