About the role

We believe in disruption, innovation, and the application of art and science to create the best concepts, big ideas, and partnerships. The Head of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partnerships strategy, working closely with the Director of Partnerships, Chief Marketing Officer, and cross-functional teams to deliver world-class collaborations across purpose, brand, entertainment, talent, tech, and creative spheres.

With a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, strategic insight, and operational excellence, you will be responsible for driving the growth and impact of our partnerships portfolio, ensuring alignment with the broader Charlotte Tilbury strategy and business objectives. You will lead and inspire a team, manage key partner relationships, and ensure the seamless execution of partnership initiatives that define Charlotte Tilbury as an industry-changing beauty tech and media platform. 

As a Head of Partnerships you will

  • Support the Director of Brand in developing and refining the partnerships strategy, ensuring it is innovative, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.
  • Lead the identification, recruitment, and onboarding of new partners, ensuring all partnerships align with Charlotte Tilbury’s brand purpose and objectives.
  • Oversee the pipeline of partnership opportunities, setting and tracking achievable goals for growth and revenue.
  • Drive the internal pitch and approval process for new partner opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with partners, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring mutual value.
  • Support partners with appropriate sales support, marketing assets, and resources, collaborating with internal teams as needed.
  • Maintain healthy dialogue with partners, building confidence and trust in Charlotte Tilbury’s capabilities.
  • Lead or support the contracting process, including negotiation, legal alignment, and stakeholder management (internal and external).
  • Set and manage critical paths for partnership projects, ensuring timely and effective execution of 360° plans and communicate cross-functional requirements to support partnerships projects
  • Analyse and report on the performance of partnerships during and after the term, making recommendations for optimisation.
  • Track partnership budget spend, raise invoices, and manage product gifting, merchandise, and marketing collateral (including design, ordering, and distribution).
  • Inspire, motivate, and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Support the professional development of the partnerships team, acting as a role model for Charlotte Tilbury’s values.

Who you will work with

Reports to: Director of Brand – Talent, Influencer and Partnerships

Line management: Partnerships Senior Manager and other team members as required

About you

  • Significant experience in brand, commercial partnerships, entertainment, and marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, or tech.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and manage complex commercial deals and multifaceted programmes.
  • Strong track record of building and leading teams, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent multitasking skills; able to juggle multiple partners and projects simultaneously.
  • High IQ/EQ balance, using data to inform decisions and building deep connections across the business.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success.
  • Team player with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.
