About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Partnerships to lead and expand our strategic alliances within the Property Technology (PropTech) sector. This role is crucial in driving our business growth through strategic collaborations, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders, and advancing our brand’s presence and impact. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS) environment and have a proven track record of developing and nurturing B2B partnerships. Our organisation has an extensive history of delivering market leading partnerships to drive acquisition and customer experience, you will be walking into a role strong with existing partnerships in the residential lettings and block management space but will need to seek out new relationships in different sectors as we expand in new verticals and territories. The role will be fully supported by a strong cross-functional team of salespeople, marketeers and product experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and manage key partnerships to support business objectives and revenue growth in the PropTech space.
  • Market Expansion: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that leverage partnerships for market penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on goals, mutual growth, and value delivery.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Work alongside product and technology teams to ensure integrations and solutions meet customer and partner needs.
  • Market Insights & Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and maintain our competitive edge.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs to assess partnership performance and report regularly on progress, impact, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • SaaS Experience: Proven experience within the SaaS industry, ideally in a business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances role.
  • PropTech Background: Experience in the proptech space is preferred but not essential.
  • Relationship-Building Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, negotiate, and establish credibility at all organisational levels.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to make informed business decisions.
  • Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinking approach, comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen: An ability to assess partnerships through the lens of commercial outcomes, building strong business cases for each relationship and driving measurable results.
