Operating across Europe, North America, and APAC with an expanding SaaS portfolio, we are looking for a Head of Partnerships to play a pivotal role in Dext’s growth strategy across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to the UK General Manager, you’ll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align with existing strategic partnerships while building new ones. Your focus will be on key accounting partners like Intuit, Xero, and others, helping to expand Dext’s footprint across new and existing markets.

The Role - What you will do as a Head of Partnerships

  • Identify, assess, and build relationships with key alliance partners across the UK and Ireland.
  • Develop a detailed and up-to-date organisation structure of the Partner group within the UK and Ireland region.
  • Create effective organisational links between Partner contacts and Dext teams.
  • Manage data in Salesforce, ensuring accurate planning for next steps and partnership activities.
  • Collaborate with the Dext Marketing Team to facilitate co-marketing campaigns with Alliance Partners in the UK and Ireland.
  • Organise and run sales enablement and corporate entertainment events tailored to the UK and Ireland market.
  • Ensure that Dext’s key messaging is effectively disseminated across Partner organisations, and similarly, that Partner messaging is communicated within Dext.
  • Represent Dext at Partner events throughout the UK and Ireland.
  • Track and measure integration numbers, growth rates, NPS, and reviews to evaluate partnership success.
  • Ensure API developments and opportunities within the UK and Ireland are communicated and prioritised effectively.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a partner or channel environment.
  • Familiarity with accounting/bookkeeping software
  • Demonstrated success in key account management, channel distribution, or consultative roles within a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional communication abilities.
  • High standards for execution, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker with a process-driven mindset, adept at managing relationships with stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Confidence as a public speaker, with the ability to persuade, challenge, and negotiate effectively.
  • Integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.
