At Liberis, our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by removing finance as a friction to growth, delivering contextual, embedded financial solutions to support merchants at every stage of their business lifecycle.

The role

The Head of Product & Partner Solutions and Go-To-Market is a strategic and cross-functional executive who oversees how Liberis designs, scopes, integrates, and launches embedded finance products for both new and existing partners.

This leader owns the end-to-end process from solution design → business case → GTM strategy → onboarding → launch, ensuring that partners have a seamless, technically robust, commercially compelling path to deploy Liberis products.

You will lead the Partner Solutions Architect function, the Partner Onboarding & Launch function, and the GTM/Partner Enablement function — building a unified team that ensures Liberis ships partner solutions faster, more effectively, and with greater commercial impact.

This leader will:

  • Serve as the executive owner of product/technical solution design for partners
  • Build and validate business cases for partner and product launches
  • Own the GTM & launch playbook for new partners and new products
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects, Product Launch Managers, and GTM/Enablement Leads
  • Ensure seamless execution across sales → product → tech → risk → operations → marketing
  • Drive predictable, scalable processes for onboarding new partners and deploying new products

This role is core to Liberis’ growth and product delivery engine.

What you’ll be doing

Leadership of Partner Solutions Architecture

  • Lead a team of Partner Solutions Architects responsible for designing technical and product solutions for embedded finance partners.
  • Oversee discovery, requirements gathering, data evaluation, integration design, workflow mapping, risk/credit considerations, and product-market fit validation.
  • Ensure all partner solutions are technically feasible, scalable, compliant, and aligned with core platform capabilities.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex solutioning across data, APIs, underwriting, servicing, and partner workflows.

Commercial & Product Solution Strategy

  • Translate partner opportunities into actionable solution packages, including product configuration, risk alignment, technical design, and operational readiness.
  • Build robust business cases, including revenue forecast, economics, operational cost, and risk profile.
  • Advise Partnerships, Product, and Finance on solution viability, timeline, and strategic prioritization.
  • Shape solution standards and reusable templates that enable fast, low-friction partner onboarding.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Leadership

  • Own the GTM strategy for new partner launches and new product deployments.
  • Develop standardized GTM playbooks including resourcing, comms, partner enablement, training, and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing to ensure strong positioning, messaging, and launch content.
  • Ensure partners are fully enabled with training, tooling, collateral, and product clarity.

Partner Onboarding & Launch Execution

  • Oversee the entire onboarding lifecycle: contracting support, scoping, integration, testing, certification, training, and go-live coordination.
  • Lead a team responsible for delivering partner launches on time, on budget, and within defined quality standards.
  • Manage cross-functional workstreams across Product, Tech, Risk, Ops, Compliance, Marketing, Analytics, and Support.
  • Ensure a flawless partner and merchant experience during launches.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Executive Alignment

  • Act as the connective tissue between Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, Ops, and Legal.
  • Drive clarity on partner solution requirements and launch expectations.
  • Present partner and product launch plans to executive leadership.
  • Serve as the executive sponsor for improving partner delivery velocity and quality.

Process, Tooling & Framework Ownership

  • Develop and refine solution design frameworks, onboarding processes, and GTM methodologies.
  • Implement tooling for pipeline management, solution documentation, and launch tracking (Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Ensure strong governance around quality assurance, solution sign-off, and launch success metrics.

What we think you’ll need

  • 10+ years leading Solution Architecture, Technical Pre-Sales, Product Strategy, GTM, Onboarding or Implementation teams in fintech, SaaS, payments, lending, or embedded finance.
  • Deep knowledge of embedded finance, lending products, and platform integration patterns.
  • Experience managing highly cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Risk, and Ops.
  • Strong business and technical acumen, with the ability to design solutions at the intersection of product, risk, data, and user experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience delivering complex partner or product launches at scale.
