Your mission:

As Head of Partner Marketing Manager you will be part of our international, multidisciplinary Marketing community, with a focus on the Cluster Center markets (DACH, PLCZ and UK/IE). You will play an integral role in our mission to reduce food waste by driving shared partner marketing activity with our most impactful partners that engages and motivates consumers to download and use the Too Good To Go app. You will collaborate closely with the Key Accounts team, to build and strengthen relationships with our partners’ internal marketing teams, getting buy-in for co-branded campaigns and activations.

Your Role:

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Cluster Center, you will be responsible for consumer facing and internal shared marketing campaigns with our biggest and most prominent Key Account partners, such as Aldi, Spar, Migros, Coop, Biedronka, Zabka, Greggs and as well as driving acquisition of new partners through B2B initiatives.

Responsibilities include: 

  • Create and own the strategy and delivery of partner marketing in Cluster Center to scale activations, drive demand, secure new business, and enhance execution within existing accounts. 
  • Lead, coach and develop the team of Partner Marketing across Cluster Center markets in providing guidance to markets in setting business objectives, implementing marketing strategies, and developing business plans with ongoing support.
  • Be responsible for and deliver innovative and  impactful shared B2B2C partner marketing campaigns that positively impact consumer demand KPIs, including New Paying Users and Meals Saved (i.e. purchases)
  • Define & measure success of all Partner Marketing programs and ensure ROI thresholds for financial performance are met.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of a Too Good To Go Partner Advocacy event, which will engage relevant stakeholders from Partner Organizations with the commercial goals of Too Good To Go’s key accounts and retail technology teams.
  • Manage the development and implementation of Too Good To Go’s partner-focused presence at major industry events and conferences.
  • Manage the partner marketing budget in an effective manner
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing teams of our Key Account partners in Cluster Center
  • Collaborate closely with our Heads of Key Accounts and their team to identify opportunities and prioritise activity that ensure short and long term growth
  • Collaborate with the Heads of B2C, PR, public affairs and global partner marketing colleagues as well as creative teams (matrix organisation) to maximise campaigns and events, brief activity and align on channels and messaging on our own and our partners channels 
  • Feed the international learning loop to help continuously optimise strategies, messaging and activation towards and together with partners, share best-in-class examples to drive success with global accounts, outperform competitors, and identify challenges and growth opportunities.
  • Adapt global tools to unlock local opportunities and challenge markets to elevate overall global performance

Requirements: 

  • Fantastic proven track record delivering successful integrated Partner Marketing campaigns that hit KPIs (B2B2C and B2B) at international scale
  • Experience in online marketplaces and tech is a must
  • Fluent in English and/or German plus another Cluster Center language. Strong interpersonal, presentation and communications skills, with a track record pitching to and negotiating with internal and external teams where you’ve inspired and influenced a range of senior stakeholders
  • Experience leading and developing an international team of colleagues to drive excellence
  • Experience with performance data from Partner Marketing campaigns and using the insights to drive next steps
  • Strong planning and analytical skills
  • Strategic thinker who enjoys being hands on - happy to roll up your sleeves to deliver business impact both in the short and long term 
  • Proven to establish new business partnerships, a self starter with the ability to operate effectively and collaboratively in a fast paced, ever-changing, international matrix organisation
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, being able to prioritise effectively and work across a large number of partners in different markets
  • Experience in leading key projects (project management)
  • Keen eye for detail, and proficiency in briefing & reviewing campaign assets.
  • A true passion for sustainability - you understand the urgency of action for the planet
