Key Responsibilities
Solution and costing approval for new client opportunities or contract renewals
Labor management, utilization, productivity, standardization and technology usage
Quality of Tag delivery services to all clients, from within our own business or any third parties we engage with
Continuous Improvement to drive operational effectiveness in the region and improve profitability across all accounts
Development and sharing of best practices across the region and global organization
Adherence to all R&C and H&S requirements internally and externally to minimize risk to the business
Responsible for approving, implementing and governing best practice across the APAC region
Will be responsible for implementing processes within the team and the creation / management of the Operations manual and processes
In conjunction with the MD’s assist in developing processes for the business service lines focusing on delivering on time, to specification, to quality and to contractual targets
Develops strong relationships with RSS & Finance
Implements and uses management information systems
Ensures best practice in conjunction with wider Williams Lea Tag operations group
Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action
Set and review local operating procedures on a regular basis
Put in place processes and governance of processes to measure KPI's and service standards against agreed and obligated levels
Predict potential areas of shortfall and implement remedial action as necessary
Seek and develop opportunities for process improvements and enhancements
Be an informed and authoritative point of contact for key stakeholders to address any contract, transactional, contract or supplier issues
