To build and lead a world-class performance function that drives organizational excellence by implementing systematic, data-driven approaches to performance management, compensation, and talent development we are looking for a Head of Performance. This role will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for creating a high-performance culture that identifies, develops, and retains great people while ensuring organizational alignment through clear goals and incentives.

What you’ll do:

1. Design and implement a performance management system that:

  •    Creates clear metrics for measuring deliverables, skills, and cultural alignment
  •    Develop objective evaluation criterias 


2. Develop and execute a compensation framework that:

  •    Aligns performance with rewards
  •    Creates transparent progression paths
  •    Establishes market-competitive benchmarks


3. Manage the OKR/Goal-setting process:

  •    Maintain and improve company-wide OKR methodology
  •    Ensure quarterly goal-setting and review cycles
  •    Drive cross-functional goals alignment

   

4. Establish performance analytics capabilities:

  •    Build dashboards tracking key performance metrics
  •    Create reporting on team/individual performance
  •    Identify performance trends and insights
  •    Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership


5. Together with HR Team work on talent development programs:

  • Personal Improvement Plans
  • Personal Development Plans


What we’re looking for: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in performance management, operations, or similar roles
  • Track record of implementing performance systems in high-growth companies
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives
  • Background in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
