Select athletes across a broad and creative range of disciplines, the playground is unlimited.
Maximise impact and efficiency through clear target setting, professional athlete management, and performance evaluation.
Provide each athlete with an individualised support package covering marketing, communications, performance, and compensation.
Build and maintain strong personal and professional relationships with each athlete to ensure credibility, cultural resonance, and scene leadership.

Create and contribute compelling stories, original formats, and top-tier media content.
Ensure Red Bull’s internal systems (event calendars, factsheets, news posts) are always accurate and up to date.

You will lead and manage the UK motorsport team, setting a clear vision and empowering each team member to deliver outstanding results.
Provide direction, coaching, and day-to-day support to ensure everyone understands their role in delivering the strategy.
Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity, ownership, and impact.
Support professional development and well-being, role-modelling Red Bull’s values and leadership behaviours.
