Leading a team of analysts and working with data scientists to turn insight into action.
Collaborating across Marketplace, Growth, Commercial, Product and Fulfilment to keep jobs moving and the marketplace thriving.
Experimenting, iterating, and optimising how we match trades and consumers - making every connection count.
Marketplace experience - ideally in a platform with complex supply and demand dynamics.
Sharp analytics and commercial acumen - SQL, forecasting, ROI modelling and experiment design.
Strategic thinking - you build frameworks, not just reports.
A collaborative, sleeves-rolled-up mindset.
Comfort working closely with data science teams and shaping AI/ML-powered systems - no need to code, but you’ll need to guide.
