The Head of Marketing, reporting into the Head of Strategy and GTM Operations, will define, set, and execute the marketing strategy of TCM to become a leader in TCM's solutions globally This is a particularly exciting opportunity to join as the organisation becomes independent. The Head of Marketing will therefore have a rare opportunity to be a key driver in the rebrand, revitalizing it for the future to enhance demand generation efforts and support growth in key financial markets. The role holder will work closely with the Product and Field organizations, the executive team and investors to establish a market leading brand. TCM is a global financial technology organisation delivering Treasury and Capital Markets Products with a headcount of c1,300 people. The organisation is largely based in Europe but has cross-continent presence with customers across all bank tiers and an ambitious growth plan in the Americas.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead a global, multi-disciplinary team covering product marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, marketing operations, digital demand generation, brand awareness, communications to support revenue growth

• Creating multi-channel, GTM marketing campaigns and activities to drive awareness of our product propositions, enhance buyer consideration, and ultimately contribute to generating a healthy pipeline

• Build brand leadership and strong market positioning to establish the business as leader in capital markets

• Understand current market trends, and performs market research and understands the strategic importance of financial software and product launch processes

- Build relationships with key industry figures i.e. analysts, journalists

• Differentiate the company’s value proposition against competitors

• Own the external interactions with the press, industry analysts and represent Finastra at customer events Experience

• Proven ability to define marketing objectives, utilize external insight and competitive insight to develop category growth.

• Can manage and influence a diverse array of senior stakeholders. Comfortable presenting at C-level and ability to build credible and influential Exec-level relationships

• Strong leadership, including line management, project management and organizational skills.

• Desire to collaborate and build consensus in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. Skills and capabilities

• Knowledge of marketing software products, in Financial Services

• Strong story telling ability and creative approach

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership

• Analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Significant experience in B2B software marketing, within the Financial Services industry

• Must have SaaS product experience

• Experience managing global teams and agencies
