Head of Marketing Technology - London 

At TransferGo we believe that Martech is the keystone of our marketing activities. The Head of Martech will be able to create, execute, manage, orchestrate, and measure the performance of online and offline content, campaigns and experiences. The right individual is likely to have gained experience in a data-centric and fast-paced, innovative environment. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing as Head of Martech:

  • Reporting to VP Growth marketing and remaining of the Growth marketing team to drive growth 
  • Building and developing a first class cross-functional Martech role providing direction on budget allocation and driving our incrementality roadmap
  • Developing MMM model to help decide the optimum media channel in each market considering maturity stages
  • Ownership of the existing marketing technology stack including acquisition and lifecycle management
    • Server to Server marketing stack
    • Tagging providers
    • MMP 
    • Braze technology integration
  • Suggest solutions to optimize the use of marketing technology 
  • Design, scope, and specify martech projects
  • Overseeing our Refer a Friend program across all our markets 
  • Working very closely with the key cross functional stakeholders
    • Data science teams for MMM and incrementality
    • Product and Engineering teams for everything related to Marketing technology stack and the refer a friend program

Here’s what we’d love from our new Head of Martech:

  • Martech experience: Demonstrated success in leading significant martech initiatives and marketing channel mix optimisation.
  • Business acumen and analytical approach: Understanding of key business drivers and ability to align marketing objectives appropriately. Analytical, data-driven, ROI-focused and motivated by capturing market share through the most effective use of budget
  • Digital, Technology and Growth experience: Preferably have digital/tech sector experience within a high-growth, fast-faced environment
