Miro’s Corporate Marketing team is responsible for Miro’s story and expressing it through brand communications, content, events and customer experiences. We are responsible for shaping and sharing Miro’s core story with the world – from critical influencers to our enterprise customers, through to our users.

About the role

We're seeking an experienced Head of Storytelling to develop and lead Miro’s integrated Marketing and Communications strategy globally. In this senior role, you'll own the narrative and create the vision for how we communicate and elevate Miro's brand through content, brand activations, social media, partnerships and communications. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, creative thinking, and operational excellence to build a world-class Storytelling team that drives business impact through compelling messaging and effective channel management.

What you’ll do
  • Develop and own Miro’s global Marketing & Communications strategy aligned with our business objectives and marketing goals
  • Lead the evolution of Miro's brand narrative as we expand our product portfolio
  • Build and manage high-performing teams across Brand Marketing, Content, Social Media, PR, and Influencer Marketing
  • Create comprehensive communications playbooks and standards to ensure consistent brand experiences across channels and regions
  • Drive the content strategy and editorial calendar across owned and earned media
  • Oversee public relations efforts, including media relations, thought leadership, and crisis communications
  • Develop metrics frameworks to measure communications effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage global marketing communications budgets with a focus on maximizing impact while increasing efficiency
What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record developing and executing integrated marketing strategies in B2B SaaS environments
  • Experience leading communications through company transitions (e.g., multi-product evolution, repositioning)
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills across diverse international stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities combined with operational excellence
  • Experience building and managing high-performing, distributed marketing teams
  • Deep expertise in content strategy, brand management, social media, PR, and influencer marketing
  • Data-driven approach to measuring communications effectiveness and ROI

The reasonably estimated salary range is specific to New York and may not be applicable to other locations. Final compensation and total package components will be based on individual factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. The range for this role is:

$220,000$275,000 USD
