Job Description Summary

Title: Head of Marketing
Location: Manchester
Reports To: Managing Director - Property Management
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least four days per week, or 80% of our time, at one of our office sites

The Head of Marketing will lead Lloyds Living’s B2C marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth. This role requires strategic vision, creativity, and leadership to deliver impactful campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute Lloyds Living’s property marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead brand positioning across property marketing offerings and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Build out a view of customer and demographics for targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Manage property marketing budgets and ROI tracking.

Team Management

  • Build and mentor a high-performing property marketing team.
  • Set clear goals and conduct regular performance reviews.

Campaign Delivery

  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns including digital, social, print, and events.
  • Ensure timely execution and quality of all marketing initiatives.

Operational Delivery

  • Collaborate mobilisation and letting teams to ready developments for launch including marketing collateral 
  • Track effectiveness of marketing efforts and prioritise  

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Present marketing performance and insights to stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

  • Over 5 years proven experience in senior marketing leadership roles within the property sector.
  • Experience building marketing teams in the property sector.
  • Strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
  • Expertise in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of brand development and content strategy.
