We are a leading software federation within a vast cloud marketplace, empowering companies post-investment through hands-on acceleration. Join us for a dynamic, fast-paced experience where we are shaping the future of software. Our team is led by world-class investors and operators, supported by renowned vertical and functional advisors.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing with 10-12 years of experience, particularly in building marketing functions at startups or scale-ups. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who has driven marketing execution across multiple entities and thrives in fast-paced environments. You will work closely with leadership across the group and partner companies to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive growth and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Build and lead marketing strategies across the group and its portfolio companies.
  • Establish robust demand generation, brand awareness, and growth marketing plans for partner ISVs (Independent Software Vendors).
  • Act as the primary marketing point of contact for all partner companies, ensuring alignment with the group’s growth objectives.

Executional Excellence:

  • Implement go-to-market (GTM) frameworks for partner companies, tailored to their specific needs (e.g., cross-selling, brand positioning, etc.).
  • Create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance across digital, partner, and event channels.

Team and Vendor Management:

  • Collaborate with in-house teams and external agencies for content creation, campaign execution, and market research.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to marketing teams within partner companies to enhance their execution capabilities.

Market Insights & Competitive Positioning:

  • Drive market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform the development of tailored marketing campaigns.
  • Identify new marketing opportunities and trends in cloud marketplaces, modern work applications, and AI/data verticals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, product, and technology teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Collaborate on content and product marketing efforts that communicate the value proposition of partner ISVs and the group’s growth platform.

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in the software or SaaS space, with proven success in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale marketing functions from scratch, driving tangible business outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with demand generation, digital marketing, branding, and product marketing.
  • Strong understanding of cloud marketplaces, SaaS business models, and the challenges of scaling software businesses.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead through influence and collaboration.
  • A data-driven approach, with experience using analytics tools to measure performance and drive optimization.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and markets is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • The opportunity to shape the marketing function at a group level within a high-growth global federation of software companies.
  • A collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
