Are you ready to lead and develop an international team of key account managers within the dynamic world of asset management?

As the Director of Key Accounts, you will have the opportunity to shape and drive the success of our key and premier client accounts. This role offers you the chance to work on exciting projects, lead a geographically dispersed team, and align account management activities with our business objectives. You will be at the forefront of client relationship management, optimizing client satisfaction, and driving account growth.

Your key responsibilities as a Director of Key Accounts will include:

  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of Key Account Managers across the UK and EMEA to ensure high levels of client engagement, performance, and professional development.
  • Developing and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Executing a comprehensive account management strategy and client-based account plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Implementing best practices in account management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Serving as the key liaison between the account management team and other departments, such as investment management, legal, and compliance.

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a Director of Key Accounts:

  • You must have extensive experience (10+ years) in account management or sales within the financial services, enterprise-level sales, or asset management industry.
  • You will have a proven track record of leadership and team management, with strong interpersonal and motivational skills.
  • You should have experience in managing UK and European teams.
  • You need exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • You must be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, able to identify and act on opportunities for account growth and process improvements.
