Company Description

At Valeo Foods Group, we’re not just about food – we’re about fueling growth, driving transformation, and shaping the future of our people. With a footprint spanning over 100 international markets, over 85 brands, and backed by Bain Capital, we’re on an ambitious path to double in size over the next five years. To make this happen, we need exceptional talent to lead the charge – and that’s where you come in.

Job Description

This is a newly created role within our global OneIT structure, giving you the chance to build something from the ground up. Historically, IT enterprise applications have been managed at a divisional level – now, we’re bringing them together under a single, unified vision.

You’ll take ownership of our entire enterprise application landscape, defining and executing a strategy that ensures our systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with business needs. A major focus will be on creating a harmonised ERP strategy (built around IFS ERP+), establishing a clear IT demand and project management process, and driving continuous improvement.

  • Leading the Enterprise Applications Strategy – Developing a roadmap for our IT enterprise application landscape, ensuring it’s fit for purpose and delivering maximum business value.

  • Building & Leading a High-Performing Team – Assembling a skilled team to support and enhance enterprise applications across our global operations.

  • Developing an IFS ERP Template – Creating a standardised ERP framework that ensures consistency across all sites, with clear rollout and update processes.

  • Optimising IT Governance – Establishing a demand management process that ensures IT investments align with business priorities.

  • Driving Business Process Improvements – Partnering with stakeholders to ensure our applications are enabling efficiency, not just maintaining the status quo.

  • Ensuring Security & Compliance – Embedding robust IT security standards across our enterprise application ecosystem.

Qualifications

You’re a strategic thinker with a strong background in enterprise applications and ERP (ideally IFS ERP). You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments, balancing big-picture vision with hands-on execution. You’re an influential leader, a skilled collaborator, and someone who can navigate a multi-stakeholder, international business with ease.

  • Proven expertise in IT enterprise applications, ERP solutions, and business process optimisation.

  • A track record of delivering full lifecycle ERP implementations and creating standardised templates.

  • Strong knowledge of IT project management and best-practice application governance.

  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.

  • The ability to drive business value through IT, not just manage technology.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – comfortable in a private equity-backed, fast-moving environment.

Additional Information

We’re a fast-growing, international business with ambitious plans. Our IT transformation is a key enabler of that growth, and this role offers a rare opportunity to shape a critical function from the ground up. If you’re excited by the challenge of building a best-in-class enterprise applications strategy and making a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
