As the first full-time hire at FundTensor, you will bridge the gap between fund managers and institutional investors. Leveraging proprietary AI and a database of 30,000+ allocators, you will design and execute data-driven outbound campaigns. You’ll act as a strategic advisor, identifying high-intent LPs and ensuring guaranteed meeting delivery for clients.

What you will do:
Manage the end-to-end delivery for GP clients, acting as their primary strategic advisor on capital raising and allocator engagement.
Use AI-driven tools to build high-precision LP lists across private equity, venture capital, and private credit mandates.
Oversee outbound campaign execution and iteration, ensuring messaging is optimized to secure meetings with institutional allocators.
The ideal candidate:
Has 5–8 years of experience in private markets, specifically within investor relations or capital raising for emerging or mid-market managers.
Possesses deep knowledge of the institutional LP landscape and understands the nuances of how allocation decisions are made.
Is a tech-savvy professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable using automation and data systems to scale human expertise.
