The Role:
The Head of Integrated Marketing will lead and drive creation of EMEA brand strategic plans, govern EMEA investment strategy, seasonal strategies and executional alignment with overall company initiatives. This dynamic individual will lead cross-functionally, globally, regionally and locally to drive the HOKA Marketing GTM Planning.
As the voice of the brand, they would ensure a consistent and relevant HOKA brand image in EMEA through integrated channel planning to actualize consumer-facing experiences, driving key categories, sustainable and profitable market share growth across EMEA. Leading the EMEA Brand Marketing, PR & Ambassador and Operational marketing functions to develop authentic and compelling stories for our owned and earned channels. While delivering efficient and effective communication direction of key activities across all channels across EMEA.

Your Impact:

  • Be the central planning function of the region, ensuring to work collaboratively across teams and markets to create and deliver best in class brand and product strategies. Streamline our marketing processes while we continue to scale. 
  • Lead and steer the alignment of global/local concept priorities and the adaptation of global concepts to local specifics and nuance. 
  • Sharpen the Brand positioning/perception. Strengthening the connection to athletes, consumers, influencers and partners. 
  • Drive consumer/channel matrix management. Manage the team to ensure Markets have the proper tools to implement the GTM plans successfully and have the correct level of support during the implementation
  • Continue to build and lead a world-class team. Lead the EMEA Brand Team to develop engaging and relevant content, further grow our EMEA social channels and community. lead the PR & Ambassador team in the region, to maximise earned media and social coverage within the performance and lifestyle category and across collaborations. 
  • Have a strong perspective on content development and asset creation for the brand deliver reach, high engagement and is social shareable. 
  • Lead Brand, product and corporate communications for HOKA in EMEA, have a strong understanding and knowledge of the media landscape and the ability to deliver newsworthy stories that speak to our target consumers. 
  • Lead our EMEA ambassador program, continue to build our portfolio in line with our key marketing initiatives. 
  • Leadership on initiatives that integrate EMEA, DTC/CRM and local teams to create new (and improved) processes and ways of working
  • Cross-function liaison to connect across markets and channels to ensure consumer-first thinking; driving comms plans that deliver premium brand experiences across all consumer touchpoints
  • Reporting and KPIs - developing and evolving frameworks that provide accurate and robust metrics that In turn support analysis of campaign performance 
  • HOKA Retail: leadership of communication plans to drive awareness of new stores and ongoing footfall
  • EMEA-led campaigns: more focus on regional Energy Moments and creation of strategy and tools 
  • Strong thought leadership to embed Deckers culture through proactive spearheading of culture initiatives e.g. Art of Kindness , DEI, sustainability; ensuring this translates into tangible impact on team, brand and company mindset

  • Experience working in consumer lifestyle/sport/fashion sector 
  • Experience in leading and managing a team, ideally in a EMEA brand context
  • Experience with creating marketing strategies and executing 360 Brand-led Marketing Communication Campaign plans.
  • Expert understanding of local Market´s’ consumers, cultural environment and commercial needs
