We are seeking a strategic HR Leader to spearhead our Human Resources function and drive people strategies that deliver a tangible impact on organizational development. What you'll do:- Strategic HR Management: Partner closely with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that support company growth and organizational evolution.
- Org Design & Culture Building: Lead culture-related initiatives to enhance cross-regional collaboration and cultivate a high-performance, inclusive atmosphere.
- Talent Acquisition: Drive recruitment for key positions and build a compelling employer brand.

- Experience: 10+ years of HR management experience in fast-paced global tech companies or startups.
- Scaling Expertise: Proven track record of successfully scaling an organization from early-stage (<100 employees) to mid-size (300+ employees), including team building and HR system setup.
- Cultural Competence: Extensive experience in organizational management, culture building, and managing cross-timezone, cross-cultural teams.
