We're approaching profitability and you'll join a refreshed, high-caliber leadership team that's continuing to expand Spendesk's large footprint over Europe.
In this role, you'll report directly to the VP of Marketing. You’ll be at the forefront of our specialist growth function to support Spendesk's ambitious growth plans, working in partnership with our wider GTM team.

What you’ll be doing
- Performance Marketing:
- Continuously optimise existing paid channels and strive towards a diversified channel mix. Implement a structured approach to testing and learning with a strong understanding of unit economics to maximise ROI and growth.
- Website ManagementOversee website performance and develop a comprehensive roadmap. Build and lead a dedicated team to enhance website capabilities and user experience, aligning with growth objectives.
- A/B Testing:
- Own and develop the A/B testing roadmap.
- Adhere to conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices and champion a culture of testing and data-driven decision-making across the Go-To-Market (GTM) organisation.
- Nurture CampaignsDesign and execute nurture campaigns across target markets.
- Implement both automated and ad-hoc strategies to improve our funnel conversion metrics.
- Data and Analytics:
- Build and identify the ideal growth reporting stack and backend flows.
- Ensure all marketing activities have clear tracking and measurement systems in place.
- Support the marketing department in leveraging data analytics for strategic decision-making.
Your impact
- Acquisition: Achieve quarter-over-quarter increases in inbound pipeline and revenue across key markets.
- Demand Gen CAC: Maintain customer acquisition cost (CAC) within target thresholds.
- Lead quality: Drive increasing lead quality within our SMB and Mid-Market Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Who we are looking for
- Advanced knowledge of martech ecosystem: Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, AI technologies and workflows as well as data analytics. Ability to integrate and leverage these tools to drive growth and efficiency.
- Test & learn methodology: Proven track record of growth through rapid experimentation and testing, with clear testing and prioritisation frameworks.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimise marketing strategies and drive business growth. Evidence in building marketing tracking and attribution from scratch.
- Strong communicator: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Strong collaborator with experience working across departments and with external partners.
