Head of Growth & CRM

We’re looking for an experienced Growth Leader to join as our Head of Growth & CRM, leading our performance and CRM functions. Reporting to our CMO, and working across both b2b and b2c, you will develop the strategy, own key metrics and support the team in execution.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning revenue and lead generation targets - developing and executing a data driven and cost-efficient growth strategy across b2c and b2b, driving profitable growth for the Treatwell business and for our partners. 
  • Driving the vision and integrated strategy for growth marketing efforts across all channels, including paid acquisition, affiliate, SEO, CRM, app marketing and lifecycle marketing, expanding into new channels and doubling down on growth flywheels. 
  • Translating strategies into detailed budget allocation and channel plans working closely with Finance and Markets to update in real time with rigour and agility  
  • Utilising analytics and data insights to drive growth initiatives, optimise funnels, and measure impact.
  • Looking for ways to digitise and automate operational processes to create more space for creativity and innovation (AI)
  • Leading a multi-disciplined department of performance and CRM teams, and be a leadership figure in the company, communicating a clear mission for the department in strong collaboration with the Product and Sales teams. 
  • Building a culture of excellence by enforcing high standards, and managing a clear system for assessing business priorities, establishing processes and guardrails to ensure maximum ROI across our ad spend, efforts and resource allocation.
  • Driving continuous learning and improvement in commercial results, staying ahead of industry shifts and the market. 

About you: 

  • Comprehensive experience in digital marketing, solid experience in a management or leadership role
  • Marketplace experience ideal, b2b/wholesale essential
  • Have worked in an environment which is fast paced and performance focused
  • Strong track record of multi channel campaign management and optimisation decisions, executing strategies to show continuous growth
  • Worked on million dollar budgets and large scale campaigns
  • Comfortable with conversing with different disciplines; Engineering, Product, Finance & Supply
  • Highly analytical and understands attribution in depth
  • Have an all round marketing, industry knowledge and commercial understanding
  • Proven ability to continuously communicate/influence longer term strategy 
  • Built and developed multiple teams with different performance objectives/key results simultaneously
